Ordering
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the cart in the online store’s checkout function. When placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.
Cancellation of accommodation and excursions
The customer can cancel the overnight stay free of charge 14 days before the start date of the reservation. Cancellations after that will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation. If the customer cancels the reservation less than 2 days before the start date of the reservation, the full value of the reservation will be charged.
For guided tours, we follow the same terms and conditions. The customer can cancel the paid excursion 14 days before the start date of the excursion. Cancellations made after that will be charged 50% of the value of the excursion. If the customer cancels the reservation less than 2 days before the start date of the excursion, the full value of the reservation will be charged.
Payment
Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority, acts as the payment intermediary for the online store. Payment is transferred via Visma Pay’s online service, and visma pay or Visma Payments Oy appears as the recipient of the payment with a bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the transaction.
The store is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The e-commerce is responsible for all the obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods
Through Visma Pay, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or partial payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Flexibility, Fellow Invoice and Fellow Invoice.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you’ve allowed you to pay in online stores in the app’s settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card connected to the wallet. If the payment is made charging to a payment card fails, it is not possible to pay with a MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Flexible invoice and installment is a domestic service with which you make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is intended for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With flexibility, you get 30 days of interest-free and free payment time. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay for it in full or in parts. With a partial payment, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting at EUR 9.90 per month. The cost of the flexible instalment is EUR 3.90 per month and the credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Flexibility to pay for purchases of 30-3000 euros. Delivery
Orders are posted on weekdays. The delivery time for products shipped from the warehouse is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Shipping costs depend on the mode of delivery selected, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You can see shipping costs in the online store’s checkout function before finally accepting the order.
If the product has been lost or damaged during delivery, the online store must be notified without delay, but within 14 days. Packages that have been damaged in the delivery must be notified without delay to the company responsible for the delivery.
Returns
The customer of the online store has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The Customer has the right to change or return some or all of the products in the order. Returnable or replaceable products must be in the original packaging and ready for sale. If you wish to return or change products, please contact the online store first and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details and account number for any refund.
Unsubscribe, liability for errors and complaints
Before the order is delivered, the order can be cancelled by written notification by email.
The online store is legally liable for errors in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
